Pricing Per Treatment

Note on Insurance

I do not take insurance, but I am able to accept HSA and FSA payments, as well as, provide Superbills. My clients have had pretty good success with submitting a receipt to their insurance and getting fully reimbursed. It works best if you submit an invoice or receipt for each individual appointment. Please talk to your insurance if you need a particular kind of receipt, like a superbill, or if they need to know my NPI Number.

*Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed, even with a superbill. Reimbursement is dependent on your insurance carrier and coverage. But it never hurts to try! I can only provide superbills for 45-minute & 75-minute acupuncture treatments and packages. However, I can take HSA/FSA for all my services.

New Private Patient

Initial Acupuncture Appointments are $235. Booking will require a minimum of $100 (the intake fee). When booking on Acusimple, a payment pop-up will appear. It is auto-populated to the amount of $100. The balance of the appointment will be paid after treatment. You can choose to purchase just the one treatment or a package. If you no-call/ no-show or late cancel on the day of your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you forfeit this $100 amount.

75-minute Return Appointment

Price for a single, one-time 75-minute private acupuncture treatment.

45-minute Express Appointment

Price for a single, one-time 45-minute express private acupuncture treatment.

Initial Deluxe Facial Acupuncture

$500

Initial Facial Acupuncture Appointments are $500. Booking will require a minimum of $200. ($100 for intake and $100 for the preparation required for the appointment). When booking on Acusimple, a payment pop-up will appear. It is auto-populated to the amount of $200. The balance of the appointment will be paid after treatment. You can choose to purchase just the one treatment or a package. If you are already a client of mine, you will not have to pay an intake fee again. (We will still do an intake session, but you will not need to pay for it, assuming we had already done an intake if you are a return patient). The $200 will instead go towards the one treatment or towards a package. If you no-call/ no-show or late cancel on the day of your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you forfeit this $200 amount.

120-minute Return Deluxe Facial Acupuncture

$375

Price for a single, one-time 120-minute return facial acupuncture treatment. Please note that Facial Acupuncture Treatment works best when done weekly for at least ten weeks. I do offer single treatments and 5-packs, but industry consensus is that these subtle, overtime changes are most noticeable and more likely to be maintained with ten weekly sessions. Single sessions are best for those who have completed five or ten weekly sessions and want to come in for periodic (usually monthly) maintenance.

The Feel Good Facial

Price for a single, one-time 75-minute Feel Good Facial acupuncture treatment.

Microneedling

Price for a single, one-time microneedling treatment.

Lymphatic Whole Body Treatment

Price for a 2-hour Lymphatic Whole Body Treatment, which includes manual therapy, moxa, and acupuncture.

Booking will require a minimum of $150. When booking on Acusimple, a payment pop-up will appear. It is auto-populated to the amount of $150. The balance of the appointment will be paid after treatment. If you no-call/ no-show or late cancel on the day of your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you forfeit this $150 amount.

30-minute Manual Therapies/ Ancillary Services (no retained needles)

$75

Price for 30 minutes of cupping, guasha, moxibustion, light bodywork, and/or LED light therapy, plum blossom/ seven-star needling.

Packages

Please note that packages for regular acupuncture treatment (both 60-minute and 35-minute)* expire 1 year after purchase. If you have unused services from your package at the time of expiration, you will be notified and given 1 week to decide on if you would like to be refunded the balance or turn the monetary value of your remaining services into credits to be applied for a future purchase.

*Facial Acupuncture Packages have a different policy and are noted below.

Facial Acupuncture Package Policies

Facial Acupuncture Treatment works best when done weekly for at least ten weeks. I do offer single sessions and 5-packs, but industry consensus is that these subtle, overtime changes are most noticeable and more likely to be maintained with ten weekly sessions. When purchasing a package, all of your sessions must be booked on the spot and must be used within 2 months (8 weeks) for a 5-pack and within four months (16 weeks) for 10-packs. If you are unable to use all of your package within 8 or16 weeks, the monetary value of the remaining sessions will be used as credit for a future purchase. If you have already completed a round of treatments with Kat (5 or 10 weekly treatments) and wish to purchase a package to use for monthly maintenance treatments, the 8-week or 16-week requirement will be waived and the package will fall under the 1-year expiration policy as described for regular acupuncture treatments above.

The 4-Pack for Feel Good Facials is an exception to this policy, but falls under the 1-year expiration policy as described for regular acupuncture treatments above.
