What I Treat…

Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine is a highly systematized form of holistic healing that has evolved over thousands of years. It can be both therapeutic and preventative and, in general, be great for overall wellbeing. I try to make every treatment tailored to each patient and their presentation. I use a variety of different modalities in addition to needles to try and help my patients achieve their health goals.

Please understand that acupuncture and its accompanying modalities are not a replacement for medical care. Any serious health concerns should be evaluated by your primary care physician. If you are experiencing a medical emergency please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

The following are examples of conditions I can and have treated my patients for.

Depression, anxiety, stress, substance use & recovery, insomnia, physical symptoms due to dysregulation.

Prepare for Treatment…

  • Please eat a good, nourishing meal and be well-hydrated at least 2 hours before your appointment. Subtle bodywork takes energy!

  • Please wear or be able to change into loose, breathable, comfortable clothing (shorts, loose pants, bikini tops or sports bras for femmes) to allow access to acupuncture meridians and points.

  • Diagnostic methods include observing your tongue. Please do not brush your tongue on the day of your appointment. Or, if that feels gross, please take a picture of your tongue before brushing or eating breakfast.

  • If you were referred by another professional, please bring any medical records, charts, labs, etc. that are relevant to your care.
